   Communication was amazing. The frontal I ordered was out of stock and they quickly asked me what I wanted as a substitute. And it still arrived on time. The hair is really soft and bouncy. The ends were not dry and I only got a little shedding. The picture is after running my hand through all bundles and the frontal several times.

   So I was scared to purchase but I really like it. It takes colors well. The hair is very soft. One con would be that it definitely have mixed lengths within the bundles. But I haven’t seen any shedding I dyed it, and washed it twice. But so far good. I will be selling the wig. I’ll post a update on how long hair lasts. I will be purchasing again ! Thank you.    i don’t usually leave reviews but i love this hair. now when i got the bundles they weren’t shedding a lot, but i used 5 boxes of toner and so afterwards it did start to shed a little more but it wasn’t bad. anyways, bundles came pretty thick even for the longer lengths and the hair texture lasted through the toning and washing. also budget friendly! i would recommend. seller was very nice and updated me of the whereabouts of the package even after i got the tracking number.

   I ordered 16’ 16’ 16’ 14’. The bundles and frontal were thick but did look shorter then expected length. The hair was ordered 1/4 and received 1/13. Hair was delivered later due bad weather issues in China which delayed shipment. When first receiving hair I noticed NO smell and a very soft texture. After combing softly with fingers I experienced a larger then expected amount of BREAKAGE off the end of the hair. Small KNOTS with on the hair and some actually sparse shedding. Very few split ends. It seems like the actually BREAKAGE of the hair must have been due to split end since it isn’t large amount of whole strands of hair falling from bundled or the frontal. I didn’t expect so much. I truly hope I won’t have this issue in the future. Since it was a lot more breakage then expected from a closed bundle and hair that has not been processed yet. I will try reviving the hair and changing the color with no chemicals. I will be leaving a later review. I hope this hair lasts long.
